We are well established in Spain – our primary aim is to provide legal security and a top-notch service for the client to be referenced. We work with local solicitors and provide the whole purchase process from the signing of the booking contract where the client pays a booking fee of €6000,- €15000 then the client signs the purchase contract where they only need 30% of the KC and 70% is only deposited on handover/acceptance of the apartment.

The apartments always have a large living room with kitchen, terrace. They either have beautiful views of the sea, golf courses, mountains.

The apartment complexes include swimming pools, fitness, children’s zones, social areas, landscaped gardens.

In addition to real estate services, our active real estate service includes the services of a lawyer:

• Verification of the legal status of the property
• Use of bank account for necessary payments
• Power of attorney including notarisation to negotiate on behalf of the client
• Opening a bank account in Spain
• Preparation and assistance in signing contracts related to the purchase of real estate
• Drawing up and signing the purchase contract
• Payment of taxes on behalf of the client
• Handling all fees associated with the property
• Registration of property in the register
• Tax number fitting (NO) – for a fee of 200€ + tax
• Signature of property insurance
